Logistics and Pickup
You can schedule pickups at your convenience. We provide lockable security containers, known as 'Takeback cabinets,' and arrange transport to the nearest facility. Itreon leverages a broad and trusted network of global partners to coordinate secure and efficient pickups wherever you are located. Should you require assistance with packing or temporary storage, we can facilitate that. The entire process is traceable from door to reception, with all data accessible via the Itreon TakeBack Portal, our dedicated take-back portal.
International Reach
Itreon operates extensive partner facilities in the Netherlands and France, alongside a major logistics center in Sweden, enabling seamless IT logistics across Europe. Furthermore, our global network of partners allows us to collect your equipment, regardless of your location.
Sweden
Itreon's primary warehouse is situated in Ljungby. This facility, equipped with extensive secure storage, serves as the Nordic hub for our IT asset disposition (ITAD) operations. When required, we provide on-site packing services for asset collection.
France
Our facility for France is located in Paris. We offer pickups with lockable security containers or on-site take-back with packing services, nationwide.
Netherlands
Itreon's facility in the Netherlands is equipped with security containers and primarily handles take-backs within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, and Germany. If required, we offer on-site take-back with packing services.
Rest of the World
Leveraging a strategic partner network, we can coordinate pickups across the rest of Europe and, if necessary, globally. The same level of security and traceability applies everywhere.

Itreon's proprietary security containers are available in two sizes, strategically located across Europe. Regardless of your location or the volume you are shipping, our secure containers are available.
Large Security Cabinet
Capacity of 350 kg

The large cabinet accommodates approximately 350 kg, equivalent to about 100 laptops with chargers, or 35 24-inch monitors. The cabinet is suitable for transporting all types of IT equipment: printers, servers, desktop computers, and more.
Our large security cabinet is secured with a modern combination lock and equipped with robust bayonet fittings.
Small Security Cabinet
Capacity of 100 kg

The smaller cabinet accommodates approximately 100 kg, equivalent to about 50 laptops. This cabinet is well-suited for transporting smaller IT equipment: laptops, mobile phones, tablets, and similar devices.
Our smaller security cabinet is secured with the same modern combination lock and robust bayonet fittings.
Why Security Cabinets?
The purpose of Itreon's security cabinets is to ensure safe and practical collection of IT equipment. Our robust cabinets protect equipment from impacts and transit damage during transport, and safeguard information from unauthorized access all the way to certified data erasure.
Large Security Cabinet
If you frequently ship or handle larger volumes, owning security cabinets is the most cost-effective option. Contact us for a customized quote based on your volumes. If you ship less frequently or in smaller volumes, you can easily rent cabinets per individual retrieval.
End-to-End Traceability
Each cabinet and unit is marked and sealed, transport is tracked, and all processes are timestamped. Erasure certificates, test protocols, and status per unit and shipment are available in the TakeBack Portal.
