Logistics and pick-up
You order pick-up at your convenience. We supply lockable safety cabinets, known as "Takeback cabinets", and arrange transportation to the nearest facility. Itreon has a wide and trusted network of global partners and can coordinate safe and smooth pickups wherever you are. If you need help with packing or temporary storage, we've got you covered. The process is traceable from door to reception, and all data is available in the Itreon TakeBack Portal, our take-back portal.
International reach
Itreon has extensive partner facilities in the Netherlands and France, and a large logistics center in Sweden, enabling smooth IT logistics across Europe. In addition, we have a global network of partners that allow us to pick up your equipment, wherever you are.
Sweden
Itreon's main warehouse is located in Ljungby. The facility is equipped with a large set of safety cabinets and is the Nordic hub of our take-back operations. If needed, we offer take-back with packing on site.
France
Paris is the location of our facility for France. We offer pick-up with lockable safes or take-back with packing on site, throughout the country.
The Netherlands
Itreon's facility in the Netherlands is equipped with safety cabinets and mainly handles take-backs within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, the UK and Germany. If necessary, we offer take-back with packing on site.
Rest of the world
With the help of a strategic partner network, we can coordinate pick-ups across Europe and, if necessary, globally. The same security and traceability apply everywhere.

To ensure secure IT logistics, Itreon always offers safety cabinets for the collection of electronics. Itreon's proprietary security cabinets are available in two sizes, deployed at strategic locations across Europe. Wherever you are and however much you ship, our secure cabinets are available.
Large safe
Capacity of 350 kg

The large cabinet holds about 350 kg, which corresponds to about 100 laptops with chargers, or 35 24-inch monitors. The cabinet is suitable for transporting all types of IT equipment: printers, servers, desktop computers, etc.
Our large security cabinet is locked with a modern code lock and is equipped with strong bayonet fittings.
Small safe
Capacity of 100 kg

The smaller cabinet holds about 100 kg, which is equivalent to about 50 laptops. The cabinet is well suited for the transportation of smaller IT equipment: laptops, mobile phones, tablets and the like.
Our smaller safe is locked with the same modern code lock and strong bayonet fittings.
Why safety cabinets?
The purpose of Itreon's security cabinets is to make the collection of IT equipment safe and convenient. Our rugged cabinets protect equipment from shocks and damage in transit and information from unauthorized access all the way through to certified deletion.
Large safe
If you ship frequently or in large volumes, your own safety cabinets are the most cost-effective option. Contact us and we will prepare a quote tailored to your volumes. If you send more rarely or in smaller volumes, you simply rent a locker per individual withdrawal.
Traceability at every step
Each locker and unit is labeled and sealed, the transport is tracked and all steps are time-stamped. Deletion certificates, test protocols and status per unit and shipment are available in the take-back portal.
